These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 877bat ("877bat", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 877bat website located at https://877bat.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").
877bat is an English-language online betting and gaming information platform serving Pakistani users. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

Age Verification: We take underage gambling extremely seriously. Providing false age information to access gambling services may constitute fraud. Any Account found to have been registered with false age details will be immediately suspended, all Wagers will be voided, and any funds may be forfeited or returned at the Operator's sole discretion pending investigation. Do not create an Account on behalf of another person.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple or otherwise linked Accounts — whether by the same individual or by related parties using the same device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts may be closed without notice, and any balances associated with duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 877bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. You must notify the Platform's support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or the Help Center. The Platform reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict an Account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, or closure is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
877bat operates under KYC requirements to verify user identity, confirm minimum age, prevent fraud and comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to provide the following documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including before processing withdrawal requests:
Secure Document Submission: All KYC documentation must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official, secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never send copies of identity documents, CNIC, passport or financial records via unsecured chat, email, social media or any unofficial channel. Never alter, obscure, falsify or manipulate any document submitted for verification purposes — doing so may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
The payment methods available for deposits are listed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. These may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change without advance notice. Payment method names referenced in Platform content — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar local references for Pakistani users only. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupees) is available as a display or transaction currency, all amounts will be shown in PKR / Rs. Where transactions are processed in an alternative currency, the exchange rate applied will be stated in the cashier at the time of transaction. 877bat is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between transaction initiation and settlement.
You may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:
Withdrawal Processing: The Platform aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. However, withdrawals may be subject to additional review in cases involving large amounts, unusual account activity, incomplete KYC, or where required by applicable law. All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. The following general provisions apply to all bonus offers on the Platform:
The Platform operates sophisticated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including systematic Wagering strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements or exploit promotional structures. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse — including matched betting using bonus funds, low-risk hedging strategies or coordinated abuse with other users — may have its bonus balance forfeited and its account suspended.
Note: All bonus amounts and PKR figures referenced in these Terms or on the Platform are illustrative examples only, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Always read the full terms of each individual promotion before claiming.
All Wagers are subject to the Platform's betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game category. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any Wager at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe that a Wager was placed in bad faith, in breach of these Terms, or in connection with suspicious or irregular betting patterns.
In the event that a Wager is accepted at odds or on terms that result from a technical error, a manifest error of fact, or a clearly incorrect line, the Platform reserves the right to void the Wager and return the staked amount. Wagers accepted in error do not create an entitlement to a payout at the erroneous odds.
Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, the treatment of affected Wagers will be governed by the Platform's sport-specific rules. In the absence of applicable sport-specific rules, stakes will typically be returned to the User's Account. For Pakistan cricket, PSL and ICC events, the Platform's cricket-specific rules apply.
In-play markets are subject to the conditions at the time the Wager is accepted by the Platform's systems. The Platform is not responsible for delays in live odds updates caused by network latency, broadcasting feeds or third-party data provider issues. Wagers are not voided solely on the basis of in-play market fluctuations occurring after acceptance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, public display, modification or commercial exploitation — requires prior written authorisation from the Operator.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 877bat does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades or events beyond our reasonable control may affect service availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 877bat and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of reputation or financial losses resulting from gambling activity.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.3.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is duly incorporated or licensed, as stated in the Operator's applicable licence documentation.
In the event of a dispute between you and 877bat, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body applicable under the Operator's governing licence framework.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect legitimate interests.
